On October 28, Tyler, The Creator’s CHROMAKOPIA will be released. He released the second pre-release single from the album, “NOID,” today (October 21), one week prior to its release.
Taking inspiration from last week’s “ST. CHROMA,” the song’s monochromatic music video began with a rapper wearing a mask rushing through a crowd. Ayo Edebiri, an Emmy Award-winning actress, approaches him at one point while carrying a phone and is subsequently spotted brandishing a revolver.
Tyler rapped, “Look at every car that’s driving by / I think my neighbors want me dead / I have a cannon underneath the bed / I can’t even buy a home in private / Home invaders got my brothers dyin’.” “Motherf**ker, if I lock the door, I’ll triple check in because I know every creak in the floor.” See the full clip below.
