Njelic faces criticism for urging DJ Maphorisa to organize a concert at FNB Stadium in Johannesburg.
Tshwarelo Motlhako, known as Njelic, encouraged DJ Maphorisa to fill the renowned FNB Stadium shortly after Chris Brown’s successful performances there.
The American artist generated significant buzz on social media after selling out the venue for his two-day concert series.
Fans were ecstatic over the various acts, and local musicians found motivation in Chris’s achievement.
DJ Maphorisa shared a video on Twitter showcasing his performance to an audience of over 90,000 attendees, captioning it, “Modimo o phela baloi n Ke Humbled.”
In response to Maphorisa’s tweet, DJ Njelic urged him to consider hosting a concert at the FNB Stadium, expressing his willingness to assist in making it a reality.
“Groeteman, I believe you can also do it. I’m here to help no matter what it takes; you are the only one,” Njelic stated.
This tweet attracted considerable attention, with many users mocking Njelic’s suggestion.
“I felt secondhand embarrassment reading this; Top Shelf d1ck riding,” one user commented.
Another added, “What are you going to help with, Njelic? You and the State Theatre can’t even fill that.”
