No, Usher didn’t delete all of his tweets over the weekend. The “I Don’t Mind” hitmaker disclosed on Sunday, September 22, that his profile had been hacked, but he didn’t provide many other specifics.

He posted on the network, “[My] account got hacked and damn y’all ran with it!” “I’ll see you at Intuit Dome tonight.” Remarkably, as of the time of posting, only over 6,800 of the R&B icon’s tweets were visible after almost 7,000 of them vanished the day before (September 21).

For Twitter, cyberattacks have become a bigger issue in recent months. Latto was one of the most recent victims; in July and May, respectively, Doja Cat and Flo Milli also had their accounts compromised.

On Tuesday, September 24, and Wednesday, September 25, Usher will make his way back to Los Angeles’ Intuit Dome; the latter date will be his fourth consecutive back-to-back performance at the venue. Following that, he is anticipated to visit a number of cities, including Oakland, Dallas, Miami, Atlanta, and Charlotte as part of his “PAST PRESENT FUTURE TOUR.”

Following his 100-date Las Vegas residency and his appearance at the Super Bowl LVIII halftime show, he embarked on this journey. Usher is entertaining attendees with live performances of his latest album, COMING HOME, in addition to early fan favorites. “Good Good,” which included 21 Savage and Summer Walker, “A-Town Girl,” which featured Latto, and “Kissing Strangers” were among the 20 songs on the collection.

As we previously mentioned this month, Usher will also be releasing a song.
